Job Title: Bookkeeper / CPA
Description: Commercial real estate company is looking for a Bookkeeper
/ CPA to prepare monthly financial reports for commercial real estate
assets. Responsibilities include filing federal and state returns,
budget-to-actual variance analysis, G/L maintenance, journal entries,
and cash flow reports. Prepares annual budgets for assigned properties
and performs CAM and account reconciliations. 

 Candidate must have a 4-year degree from an accredited university. 
 CPA preferred. 
 Candidate must be a smart, organized, capable and motivated person
that is looking for the benefits and challenges of working for a
boutique firm. 
 Professionalism, integrity and trustworthiness are a must. 
 Knowledge of Excel, and Skyline are a plus. 
The position is located in Far North Dallas near Valley View Mall.
