[Steppes] New Rapier Marshal

As a new member to the SCA and to the Rapier community, I have to say that I
am very proud to be apart of this group/family. Don Ingve has been so very
supportive and has been very eager to assist me in my endeavors. I am having
so much fun and appreciate all of the dedication that Don Ingve and the
community of the entire SCA has done for everyone.
