Congratulations to Lord Uilliac on his new appointment as Steppes Rapier Marshal. May your term be trouble free and joyous.
 
A big thank you to Don Ingve for his hard work and dedication.  A year or so ago, there were only a handful of rapier fighters consistently attending.  Last night, there were 18 of us, with around 10 or so consistently attending. 
 
For the dedication of Don Ingve of York to the rapier community and to the Steppes, Vivat!

Greetings unto the Barony of the Steppes from Honorable Lady Rixende de
Rouen, Central Regional Rapier Marshal.

I am writing today to announce your new rapier marshal. First, I would like
to thank Don Ingve of York for his excellent service as your rapier marshal.
He has been a dedicated teacher and stalwart marshal during his term.

I am pleased to announce that his replacement is Lord Uilliac MacUlliac. I
have the uttmost faith that he will do an excellent job as the rapier
marshal for the Steppes.
