[Steppes] FW: [Elfsea] Elfsea Defender Cancelled

The storm curved east - is why they got it worse. The storm didn't come
straight up the middle of texas - but curved towards the east. But it had
weakened alot by time it got to Longview at least.
And the storm didn't do as much damage as predicted once it came off the
coast.

who went to longview.....to spend 12 hours with out internets and
electricity.  :O
