It happened after Hurricane Rita, too. Oddly, Tyler, Longview, and I presume, Canton, got it much worse than Dallas/Ft. Worth! I got some rain, but they had high winds, rain, lost power, etc. It would be ironic for the people who sought refuge from Ike in Canton to end up getting hurt from the storm there, too!
