[Steppes] Quest for the Round Table

Does anyone know more about this event called the Quest for the Round Table III in the Shire of Tir Medoin?  I found the website here: http://tir-medoin.ansteorra.org/events/quest_round_table/quest_3/QuestRoundTable.html, but I'm not sure if this is a court event or what...  Does anyone know?
