[Steppes] Populace Friday 9-25

Jaque, really disappointed I might not make it to populace tonight.  
Gatherings at your & Symmone's home in southern Steppes have 
always been such great fun!  However with Three Queen's only a 
week away and "so much to do, so little time" (I think I might of just 
found my motto?) I likely won't be able to take the break.  Bummer!
