[Steppes] Steppes Warlord autocrat(s) announced

[Baron of the Steppes]

Last night at business meeting Baroness Genevieve, Lady Katerina, and I were
proud to announce that the autocrats for Steppes Warlord 38 have been
chosen.

Baroness Honour DuBois and Lady Susanne Nightegale de Caldwell will be the
autocrats, and the theme is going to be Courtly Love, based on King Rene's
Book of Love. More details are to come, and the event bid will be posted on
the Steppes website soon for all to see.

Congratulations to Honour and Susanne. We know the event will be awesome!
