[Steppes] forum updates

[Baron of the Steppes]

Don't apologize Antoine. The forums are a recent addition to the barony, so
not everyone is over there yet. The officers are using them, and a few other
interested people right now. It is indeed worthwhile to crosspost to get the
broadest audience.
