[Steppes] Look out for new comers

Almost forgot I refereed 3 families over the the Ansteorra and Stepps
websites and gave them some general information about the SCA. However, I
did not have any of the First Contact paperwork on hand so they got the
Dream from my POV. So if you see any lost and confused new comers at any of
our meets I am sorry, so lets give them a big welcome to the Dream when
spotted.
