[Steppes] visitor at Feb. 2 rapier practice

His Royal Highness of the East, Sir Edward Grey of Lochleven, will be in Dallas on a business trip at the beginning of February and would like to visit with local SCA people.  He will bring his rapier armor and would like to come out to practice heavy rapier with the loaner gear. He warns that it is possible his business trip may be cancelled, but this is his plan for now.

Their Royal Highnesses of the East will be at Gulf War, camping with Ansteorra-Coastal.
