[Steppes] Steppes Warlord Thank you's

I have had some sleep now and there are allow of people I would like to
thank. Please forgive me if mispell any names or exclude names. First we had
over 500 people attend this years Warlord and the Middle Eastern Symposium
and Hafla and Middle Eastern Dance championship was a great success. I hope
the steward for next year will keep these activities on the schedule.

First I would like to thank our former Baroness Katheryn and our current
Baron and Baroness Duncan and Genvieve for all their support. I would not
have been able to pull off this event without you.

Next I would like to thank our wonderful Seneschal Lady Susanna who did a
legion amount of work at the event for a person who was not in charge of
anything. Thank you Lady Susanna you have impressed me with your work ethic.

Wait can I say about my Co -Steward Lady Grace. Simply you met every
expectation and every timetable and responsibility I gave you. I would work
with you again in a heatbeat. Well done Grace.

Lord Geoffrey Sparhauk, whenever I needed something done you piped up and
volunteered in many cases before I even asked. You have impressed me with
your work ethic and dedication to this event. I thank you.

Lady Bronwyn, the hall decorator, the hall looked and felt great, gone was
much of the mundanity and replaced with the Medieval ambiance inside a huge
modern hall. Thank you for all your work! I think you ideas for decoration
will be copied for years to come.

H.E. Honour, you were in charge of great and you were at load out, load in
and setup and tear down and smiled the entire time. I salute your work ethic
I could not have done this event without you.

Lady Annwn you did a great job in handling the various merchants from all
over the known world. Thank you so much and I would have been lost with
regards to the merchants without your contribution.

Countess Elizabeth and Baroness Alys you decorated the list field in a way
that Mistress Bronwyn would have been proud. Thank you the list field looked
better than it had in recent memory.


Sir Lasguard, you drove the warlord truck, helped with load out, set up ,
take down, load in and ran security.  You work ethic was exemplary for this
event. Thank you!

Lady Vivianna, the best thing I can say is that I did not worry one bit
about the landed luncheon in your capable supervision. Well done and thank
you!

A very special thank you Will Ironwyrm who was in charge of all things
archery and took the worry from me about anything archery. Thank you Will.

HL Toryn Seven Stitches you helped to make my dream come true with regards
with the hafla. Thank you.

Tatiana, thank you for all you personal help for me all weekend. Your
singular efforts helped to reduce my stress considerably and Sarah misses
you! Thank you!

I do not know your names but the family that manned the hospitality tent all
weekend long and took care of all those persons only list field with water,
Gatorade, fruit or pickles your dedication surprised me for someone so new
to the SCA. With your help I did not worry about our fighters. Thank you for
you service!

I would also like to thank Lady Fiona who served all weekend in the
hospitality tent.

Thank Lady Gwen for the wonderful job you did as herald in charge for this
really large event!

Lord Giovanni thank you for just showing up and working and helping with
setup!

A special thank you to Fujiama for being our scissor lift guy and hanging
all the tall banners your contribution was enjoyed by all and to his lady
wife Katlynn showing and helping with hall decoration and whatever else
needed to be done was greatly appreciated by me. Thank you.

I would like to thank Mistress Arastaya for coordinating the middle eastern
symposium.

Another thank you to all the teachers and students who particpated  in the
Middle eastern Symposium

I want to thank all the Marshalls, heralds, merchants and anyone who worked
or taught at this wonderful event your contribution was felt by us all.

One last thank you to Sir Louie, Lady Colleen, Arcus Will Ironwyrm and Lord
Haries for working security Sunday night you allowed me to get some sleep
Sunday night.

I am sure I have forgotten some people and got some names wrong and for that
I apologize. Thank you One and all. I would like your feedback about what
went right and wrong with this event please email me and let me know and I
will share this information with the next steward.
