[Steppes] More Warlord Thank you's

I would like to thank Lady Christiana and her husband Lord Duncan for
coordinating the Children's activities and helping to coordinate the
authorization classes.
I would like to thank the youth of Ansteorra for showing up inforce to
participate in both the youth boffer and youth rapier tournaments.

To my keepers Master Caelin and HL Pyro for keeping me fed and watered all
weekend long.

I would also like to thank Ansteorra for responding to my request for white
christmas lights as we had more than enough.
