[Steppes] C&I change of location and time

If you are new to our group, it is the Calligrapher's and Illuminator's
Guild meeting (C&I Guild).  This is where we paint and add old-style
lettering to the scrolls we present to our champions, as well as painting
Kingdom scrolls that Their Majesties give to their royal subjects.

It is a fun gathering to sit and socialize, for some to learn a new skill
and for all to eat chocolate.
