[Steppes] archery practice on sun 11-21

I wish to express my most sincere thanks to Honorable Lady 
Katya & her Excellency Francesca for the efforts both have 
taken to get us an official Steppes archery practice this 
month while we are in limbo waiting for word at the 
Eastfield location.  If you do not plan to attend BAM this 
weekend pray go and show your support for our archery 
practice being held at the Texins archery range.  

HL Jacque and myself shall be attending BAM and our new 
Majesties Arc d' Or meeting to be held at the event.  

Wish we could be in both places however the distance is 
too great to make it!  So shoot well, get you a royal round 
submitted and have a great time!
