Greetings all.  I am happy to announce that Lady Elec has been chosen to be the next Steppes Exchequer.  She will be taking the office from the capable hands of HL Katya.  Please join me in congratulating Elec and thanking Katya for her fine service.  They should be working on the transition and will hopefully publish more about the timing of it in the near future.
