[Steppes] New Rapier Marshal for the Steppes

[Seneschal of the Steppes]

 Greetings!

I heard from the regional Rapier Marshal that Lady Layla has been selected
as our new Rapier Marshal.

I want to thank Lord Ulliacc for his service to the Barony of the Steppes
for the last two years and for working so well with the rapier community and
with me as Seneschal.



I know that Lady Layla will continue his hard work, and that our Rapier
community will continue to grow and prosper under he leadership.
