[Steppes] new feature on the website: classifieds/yellow pages

Greetings to the barony.

We're testing out a new feature on the website that I think a lot of you
will be interested in.

Are you:

- looking for someone with a particular trade, like plumber, painter, tutor,
accountant, or blacksmith? How do you find one you can trust? Well, the SCA
has it's own built in level of trust, so wouldn't it be nice if you could
find an SCA person who knows the trade or has a business that suits your
needs? We are going to try offering a way to easily match up people with
needs with those that can provide the needed service.

- someone who has a skill or knows a trade that would be willing to work for
a fellow SCAdian? Post your trade or skill here, and when someone needs your
service, your information will be at their fingertips.

- an SCA merchant? here is a place you can put up an ad for free so that
other people locally can easily find you. Do you make furniture, or woven
belts and trim, or pottery?

- looking for a new helm, or some nice trim, or a painted banner? The artist
who can create what you are looking for might just be living locally, and
now there is a place to find it.

I came up with this idea a few months ago when there was a call for a
plumber on the local list. Several people were able to give a referral of
another SCA person who was a plumber. It was a winning scenario all the way
around: a plumber was found, a job was found, and the SCA made it happen.
