[Steppes] Helmet needs some smithing

Hello,

I recently got a helm but it looks like it could use some blacksmithing work
to make it legal/more comfortable. If anyone knows somebody I can get in
contact with it would be greatly appreciated. I was given Killian von
Morgarten's number but have been unable to get in touch. If anyone knows of
an alternate blacksmith that is readily available please either respond here
or shoot me a message. Obviously I would be willing to help and pay.
