[Steppes] Steppes Artisan/Central Regional Academy of the Rapier thanks

[Baron of the Steppes]

Baroness Genevieve and I would like to thank everyone who came out to
the event this weekend and made it such an incredible success.

Steppes Artisan this year had 26 entries from around the kingdom. HL
Catriona inghean mhic Lochlainn was selected to be the 24th Steppes
Artisan. Congratulations to her. And thanks to HL Ekaterina Iadorovna
Kharlampieva (aka Katya) for her support during her tenure as standing
Steppes Artisan over the past year.
