[Steppes] Regarding the headcount...

Just wanted to clarify with everyone that the membership numbers I posted
earlier did not include Glaslyn or the territory formerly help by
Lindenwood.  I have asked Gwyneth to provide me with these numbers, as well,
so I can have an acurate count of all areas associated with the Steppes.
I'll post more info as it comes in!

And yes, I am counting TRH.  ;)
