I am pleased to announce that we have a new Oakenwald Pursuviant!  Well,
'new' being a relative term...

Vivat to Lord Konrad Nowak, who is now instated as the official Herald of
the Steppes!  His enthusiasm and dedication to the office are most
appreciated.  We are grateful for his service.

Let the unusual and complicated Heraldic requests begin...  ;)
