[Steppes] Steppes Pavilion at Queen's Champion

Greetings,

Rapier fighters of the Steppes, please feel free to join us under the 
Steppes pavilion at Queen's Champion this weekend. As
Duncan and I will be bringing the Steppes Pavilion to Queen's Champion 
this weekend in order to provide shelter from whatever the Ansteorran 
weather decides to throw at us that day. I will also be providing some 
refreshments for everyone in attendance on Saturday.
