[Steppes] Change in meeting date for Calligraphers and Illuminators beginning next year

Good morning

Calligraphers and Illuminators will be meeting the third Wednesday of the
month beginning in January 2013.  The Steppes calendar has been update to
relect this change.  We are still meeting this month on the third Thursday
December 20th.
