[Steppes] Newsletter Submissions

I just noticed that submissions for the newsletter is March 1st. I would
ask that everyone try and get there stuff in as early as possible for the
Lady Gera, so that we are not late. This means that, if like me, you have a
ton of stuff to add then let us try and get it done please. I know that
everyone is busy but we need to get things in as soon as possible.
