[Steppes] Business/Populace Meeting Tonight

[Seneschal of the Steppes]

I just want everyone to know that, after speaking with Their Excellencies,
we have decided to soldier forward with our meeting tonight. We have alot
of business to cover and while the weather is an issue, the forecasts don't
appear to be severe enough to warrant cancelling our plans. If, however,
you have any hesitations on travelling to Addison tonight, we will
understand and support your decision to stay home. If you have further
