[Steppes] Steppes Exchequer still accepting application

Greetings to the Barony,

Just to let you know, the Exchequer position is still accepting
applications, even though the date has passed.  Please I implore you to
consider this position.  It is a required position for the Barony, and not
a hard position, and a great support system in place for questions, me
included.  But please, take this into consideration.
