[Steppes] Exchequer postion

Greetings,

I just wanted to post and let you know the Exchequer position is still open
and accepting applications.  This is a required position for the Barony,
but honestly not a complicated one, and there is the great support of the
Central and Kingdom.  Please consider applying, you can ask me any
