[Steppes] Business Meeting on 9/17

Just wanted to remind everyone that Business Meeting is this coming
Monday, September 17th, at Spring Creek Barbecue in Addison. If you
are interested in applying for an office, come talk to me! Lots of
great opportunities to participate. :)

Also, I need to know if any officers would like to request funds from
the 2013 budget. So far, only two have responded. You no askie, you no
gettie.
