[Steppes] upcoming Oaks meeting

I and Their Excellencies would like to meet with the Oaks sometime next week.  I am currently looking for a meeting place and am having some difficulty.  If someone would like to host or has any suggestions, that would be appreciated.  I don't expect the meeting to take longer than an hour.
 
Be sure to get your ACCEPS reservation for feast.  We have to cut off the reservations about 2 weeks before event, so don't delay!
