[Steppes] Steppes website going down for cleanup

[Baron of the Steppes]

I'm still having issues getting the Steppes website cleaned up from the
last hacker attack, so this evening I will be replacing our site with a
placeholder, until a new site can be built. It will still have the calendar
and officer contact, but most of the other stuff will be missing, at least
for a while. I apologize for the inconvenience.
