[Steppes] banner pole ideas & questions

While looking at collapsible fishing poles as a possible way to fly my new silk banners, I found some at Wal-Mart, but I'm not sure they would hold up in a strong wind. They were labeled as 'panfish' poles. Does anybody know anything about the strength of these?If anybody else is interested in looking at these for banner poles, they were 10', 12', & 13' for $7.98.If anybody else has any other ideas for banner poles I would be interested in hearing about them.
