[Steppes] Warlord XL THROWN WEAPONS

According to my correspondence with Lord Lochlan Shaw 
our TW marshal he plans to open the thrown weapons range 
after morning court on Saturday for our competition, break 
for lunch and re-open the range again until 4PM.  Sunday he 
plans to re-open the range for authorizations, practice & 
maybe some TW royal rounds (sorry I do not have much 
information on how that works yet).  

Targets for axe, knife and spear will all be hard targets so 
you can expect to be throwing at increased distances to 
reduce the risk of possible bounce back problems.
