[Steppes] Populace in the park today

We are scheduled to have populace in the park today. I am mostly canceling this activity. The heralds will be at the park to assist folks with name and device submissions. Fighter practice is still on, as far as I know. You are welcome to gather and share your arts and skills. 
Please consider the temps and heat index. Drink plenty of water and be careful.
