[Steppes] Steppes Financial Policy

[Exchequer of the Steppes via Steppes]

Greetings, Steppes!

Some may have heard already, but the Kingdom Exchequer is conducting an
audit of branch financial policies, due at the end of August.  She will be
looking for the following:

   - All required elements as indicated in Society Financial Policy
   (4-2016):  http://sca.org/officers/exchequer/
   - Procedures for high-dollar purchases
   - Branch and Guild status considerations, including references to
   updates to budgets and inventory
   - Continuity across the Kingdom

I will be reviewing our policy for compliance (I already know some of the
items are not included), proposing any changes at the July business
meeting, and we will vote for acceptance at the August business meeting so
I will be able to turn it in directly after. The discussion at the July
business meeting is important, so please attempt to be there.​​

I am attaching a copy of the Steppes' current financial policy.  If you
