And now for your weekly Warlord Update, I bring you news of.... Bardic and
Fabric Wars!

BARDIC COMPETITION:
The competition will take place over three rounds and all are the "Bring
your best" categories - song, poem, and/or story.

The final round will their Excellencies choice.

Their Excellencies appreciate all types of performances so bring your most
soulful, funny or serious performances.

FABRIC WARS:
Attention all sewers and garb makers! We all have that pile of fabric in
our craft closet that we were meaning to use but just never did... that
stuff that we got and loved once, but now not so much. What to do with it?
How about have some fun?

Introducing FABRIC WARS! Simply, you bring fabric, it gets put in a huge
pile in the middle of the room and on "Lay On" you run to the pile and grab
something different!!! There are rules to keep it fair!

To participate you must have a minimum level of "buy-in":
- 2 yards of Brocade
- 3 yards of linen
- 5 yards of cotton
- 8 yards of anything else.

You will be given a wristband with the yardage you bought in with written
on it. Everyone checks in and out with the list mistress. Anything left
over gets donated to the clothiers guild
