[Steppes] March Populace Outing

On Saturday, March 25, 2017, at 2:00 pm, the Oakwood Consort, a group of early music enthusiasts, will perform at the J. Erik Jonsson Central Library in the 4th floor Fine Arts performance space. The consort will perform a 45 to 50 minute set of medieval and renaissance music. 

March is International Early Music Month, and pieces performed will feature period and period-sounding instruments. A question and answer session will follow the performance. Programs will be available for students requiring recital credit.

For those interested in interlibrary loan, a discussion of what it is and how to use it will precede the concert at 1:00 pm.

The J. Erik Jonsson Central Library is located at 1515 Young Street, Dallas TX 75201, Latitude 32.778169, Longitude -96.796847. DART bus lines 2, 26, 206, 278, 283, and 722 stop in front of the library or across the street. Parking is located under the library.
