[Steppes] Quarterly Herald Report

Greetings Steppes!

I am going to be submitting the Quarterly Steppes Herald report soon. If in
the past quarter, Nov, Dec, Jan, you have participated in any heraldry or
scribal activity, the Kingdom would like to know about it. It's a good way
for others to see how you have contributed with heraldry and scribal in the
kingdom. An example of activites we would like to know about include but
are not limited to are voice heraldry on the field, in court, or on an
event site. Book... heraldry, research, and helping others with their
devices, painting scrolls and heraldic banners, doing scribal calligraphy
on scrolls, etc... If you have particiapted in anything like this in the
past quarter please email as soon as possible and let me know so I may
include your activity in the report.
