[Steppes] Steppes Letter - Reminder of submission

[Chronicler of the Steppes]

 Oyez Oyez!! To all oficers and populace of the Barony of the Steppes and
Canton of Glaslyn!

Deadline for the Steppes Letter is June 5, and I still need ALL of you
articles!. Now that Warlord has passed and we had a day for rest and
reflection, please help your chronicler and send your pieces ASAP so I can
publish on time.

Also, if you plan to apply to be the next chronicler, send your
applications as soon as you can to have a smooth transition.
