[Steppes] Steppes Warlord Chivalric Tourney

Chivalric Combat
This year’s tournament will continue as we have done in for several years now.There are multiple tiers that a fighter may participate in based on the Chivalric awards they haveearned. 
Everyone will start out in the main “Warlord” tier. If a fighter iseliminated, they will then have the opportunity to participate in the“Centurion” level of the tournament if they are below the heavy fighting rankof Knight/Master of Arms (peer). 
If they are eliminated from this level, theywill then have the opportunity to participate in the “Talon” level of thetournament if they are below the fighting rank of Centurion (grant level).
