Here is The Steppes Letter for your viewing pleasure! There was a massive
overhaul done this month, so bear with me as I work out some of the bugs
(especially related to the image quality substantially decreased when saved
as anything not in publisher format).

As a reminder, any new content for the newsletter must be submitted by the
15th of the month, standard content by the 20th.
