[Steppes] Rapier Practice for Jan. 7

Happy New Year to all rapier participants!

We'll be conducting the first baronial rapier practice of 2020 at Heights
Park in Richardson beginning at 7 pm. Let me know in the comments if you'll
be attending.

In addition, we'll be taking time during practice to discuss rapier support
for the barony's upcoming demo at the Brahmas hockey game
