[Steppes] Rapier practice for January 14

[Rapier Marshal]

The Barony of the Steppes will be conducting rapier practice at Heights
Park in Richardson beginning at 7 pm. Please let me know in the comments if
you'll be attending.
In addition to our regular practice, we will be discussing preparations for
the barony's upcoming demo at the Brahmas hockey game.
Lastly, I'll be posing a specific question to those in attendance: "What
are your long-term plans for fighting in 2020 and beyond?"
