[Steppes] A&S March cancelled

Greetings Steppes!

Our regular A&S meeting this month falls on the 12th, which is the day
before Gulf Wars starts.

Given that so many of us will be participating defending our kingdom, A&S
is cancelled this month. We will meet again in April!
