As far as the emailing list goes....
Since I seem to be the one asked most often to pass on things, if everyone 
will email me with their email, I will be happy to send out notices 
UNOFFICIALLY as a mass email if and when they are needed.
As for the phoning people, I was told this would be done. I was just given 
the task to do it electronically,  I will follow up tonight on whether this 
was done.
