Okay, that gives me a bit more comfort knowing what parameters specifically I am working in. Anal I know but that is just me, I like knowing exactly where my boundaries are.  I agree that notification should have been handled differently, how is what is in question here though. Who calls?  Who pays the long distance charges? Who takes responsibility I guess is really what is at issue here, what it all boils down to.
Sunday at 1:00 is the officer's meeting at Donna's so I don't think that would work... 
unless we want to open it up to the populace for the specific purpose of addressing this issue?  Thoughts/comments?
