The VFW post 1820 on Airport Road in Temple is preparing for their flag
burning ceremony right now. Normally it occurs on Flag Day, but this year
the ceremony will be at 4pm on Saturday June 17th. The flags can be dropped
off at the post any time between now and April 17th. Karen Van de Iris
