WR - Western Regional Warlord Position

Greetings Western Region,

    Gothic is just around the corner.
    Gulf War is 8 months away.
    The Western Region needs a new Warlord!

    I have received no applications for the position. I really would
like to hear from
my fellow fighters as well the populace of the Region on who the new
Warlord
should be. It should be based on merit, honor, skill in melees,
leadership abilities,
and most importantly, someone everyone will follow. I'm not looking for
just a
good heavy fighter.. They have to know the commands, and some basic
tactics.
I'm not just gonna throw them to the wolves, I'm gonna help train the
troops and
the person WE choose in the scenarios I will be putting all of the
troops through
at Gulf Wars.

    If you:

1) Want the position.
2) Are DEFINATELY going to Gulf War in March
3) and Want the position
4) Have some experience leading
5) and Want the position
6) Can travel and coordinate war practices around the region
7) and Want the position

Send me a note and say "Hey, I can be a leader".

    If I don't get some "volunteers", I'll need the populace's help at
Gothic,
to decide who will be the next Regional Warlord. I'll be watching the
melees
and ALL of you should too. Yes, even the ladies. If you see a member of
the west who is doing what a leader should, and leading the troops, tell
me.
The more info I hear, the more I'll be swayed in that direction. I'm
going to
be giving different people different jobs, seeing what they can do under
fire.
Not necessarily the best individual fighter, I'm looking for leadership,
not
just a stick-jock.

    I have placed myself, and the Western Region in a difficult position
when I won
the Kingdom Warlord title.  I had not trained another to be ready to
take my place.
I take the blame for that. BUT, I still need a replacement. Please help
me make
this decision.
