WR - New At Large Rapier Marshal

Greetings unto the populace of the Western Region,

 It is my pleasure to announce that Lord Marquet de la Hyet is an At Large in 
the Rapier Marshalet. He is fully warranted to card fighters, marshals, and 
schlager authorizations. He has been warranted as of the first of May. If you 
are in need of a fighter/marshal card for rapier, and will be at Passa de' 
Arms please contact Marquet. I want to thank him for helping me out with this 
job and I know he will do a great job.
 Please note, it is my determination that NO authorizations are performed 
before any 
tournament ( ie: same day ). If you know your card is expired, or will be by 
the  date of tournament, please try to get it renewed before. Also,  There 
will not be any Day authorizations for Passa de' Armes.  Local marshals, if 
you feel someone is ready, or if any one feels they are ready to be carded, 
please contact me, Marquet, or HLdy Rolanda in Mendersham. I am sure one of 
us can help you out. 
 Finally, I am looking for marshals for rapier in Mendersham, Black Lake, 
Trelac, and Cross Roads Keep. If you feel, or know any one who wishes to take 
on this exciting job, please have them send me a letter of intent, along with 
a letter of agreeability from the local seneschal. I need to fill these 
positions soon. If any one needs help at any of these shires, please let me 
know. I will see what I can do.
