[Western] Seneschals Class

I will be offering the Seneschal's class again at Champions in April.  If
you are planning to apply for seneschal or to autocrat an event in the near
future, it would be a good idea to drop by and see what's new.   Also, we
will have a short seneschal's meeting right after that class.  Anyone is
welcome.  Lord Ian had some information he would like to share with local
groups.  Its good stuff.  Come listen.
